peplum in philadelphia

it was a humid, 95° day in philly and i wanted as much skin exposed to the air as possible. i wore this black, strapless top that i recently got at the thrift store. its corset-like silhouette is what initially caught my attention, but the peplum detail on the bottom really added that extra touch of feminine and fun.
